Forde Windows and Remodeling was selected for the Jackson Shores project replacing 700 windows with new Marvins in a 20 unit, 12 story Hyde Park building.

The project was in the planning, bidding and specification stages for over 2 years before the condo board let the contract to Forde, with Lee Lumber and Marvin Windows as suppliers.  Custom extrusions needed to be provided for approval, and special testing of the units was done at Marvin’s Warroad, Minnesota, facility.  Lee sales reps Paul Valenti and Todd Innocenzi worked closely with Maurice Forde and numbers of Marvin staff to get the historically correct windows specified, approved, manufactured, delivered and installed – smoothly, and on schedule.

Congratulations to Maurice and the entire Forde team for a job well done.  The coordination of window replacement in 20 occupied condos in a 12 story building is a daunting task.
